I’ve been listening to every version of Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah that I can get my hands on.  There are more than a few.  It seems the song has struck a chord with many a wounded soul.  Is it fair to ask which interpretation I like best?  There’s the original – Leonard’s version(s) that really just stand alone.  And the other ones that have become classics – Jeff Buckley is certainly the best known and for those of us in Canada, KD Lang’s Juno performance is certainly heart-wrenching.  And so many others have tried to make it their own.

I’m not ready to stop the search.  Still looking for more Hallelujah.
